DO NOT ORDER. Book was listed as used & in fine condition. The copy I received is garbage quality and clearly printed as a one-off with poor layout and bad materials. Very misleading and wasteful.

I am very disappointed. They described the book as being in GOOD condition, BUT THAT IS NOT CORRECT. The book is in tatters with a price too hight. And they know what they did, because the book IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN eiher.

Hello there. Sorry to say, the book is not in good condition, contrary to how you advertised it. The hard cover is ripped off at the bottom and all pages underwent some kind of flooding. I need the book to be replaced. Joseph Zacharow

Was disappointed to learn that I received a counterfeit copy of the DSM 5-TR. There are pages missing, typos, and no QR code on the back to authenticate it. On top of that, this item isn't eligible for return. Will not purchase from this vendor again.

the book I received was in fair to less than fair condition. the front cover was torn and taped, the pages of the book had suffered water damage and was crinkled. cost more to return it than the refund was worth. ridiculous
