Recieved incorrect book and not worth it to pay more to return it Seller didn't err intentionally but I wish they had checked. I went on KY trip already so no longer care about getting correct book

I mean, I wouldn't say the book was in good condition. There's tears on the front and back cover of the book. Honestly, the book is in "acceptable" conditions with all the tears you would account for.

Seller described book as a hardcover, I received a paperback. I sent an e-mail to the seller to give them an opportunity to make things right but I didn't even receive the courtesy of a reply. Thus you know what to expect from this seller.

Book never arrived! Customer service no help in getting a refund or contacting seller. Better places to shop, not worth the risk of buying a book and it to never showing up.

The DVD was delivered in 5 days in paper cardboard envelope. It arrived undamaged; condition was very good and played without errors.
