The description stated that a few sentences were underlined;however, in a book over 800 pages long a third of the pages were underlined. Also,there were notes written on the bottom or in the margins of many pages. Overall, the description was poor.

writing in INK in a book usually makes it unacceptable. You should know that! Don't write inaccurate descriptions!

I ordered a "fine" book in "like new condition". Instead I received a low grade copy with dented corners, creased interiors, and every page heavily tanned from sunlight/heat exposure. Not impressed. Thankfully Alibris customer support is first class.

book was NOT as described: The description read "Text block, boards & binding are pristine." Instead, the top corner was bumped and the top of the pages were creased. Also, it was not"well-packaged" at all.
