I ordered a book on 05/09/2025 that never arrived. Today (06/07/2025), I created an Alibris account to check the status and found a $35.50 refund was issued on 06/02/2025?but I haven?t received it. I paid $42.98. Why refund less? BAD BUSINESS !!!
A very conscientious seller! I had to contact them when the book was damaged in transit and was returned to the seller, who quickly, within a day, sent a replacement. I would definitely buy from them again! Very personable and responsive. Highest rating.
