The book I ordered said it was hardcover (in fair condition). I chose to buy it instead of the numerous softcover edition in good condition at a cheaper price. Sadly, it was not a hardcover book.

I am trying to contact this seller. I ordered this movie in DVD format and they sent me a VHS format. The order clearly states I ordered a DVD. I am trying to resolve this without having to pay for return shipping. It wasn't my mistake.
