Book not in ?good? condition as stated by seller ? exterior of book marred with loose binding and inside contained highlighting and annotations. I paid extra to get ?good? condition but barely received ?fair? - the deception is not appreciated!

Book was listed as "very good", but almost had an entire chapter of pages are falling out. That should have mentioned in the listing. Condition was "fair" or "acceptable" at best.

This copy has a loosened text block at both front and rear boards. Should not have been given "very good" condition rating. I wish to return for a replacement or refund.
