The one book I received was in good shape. However, I actually ordered two books, and was ignored when I pointed out the error and included proof of the error. A message to Alibris was required to make things right, making this a bad overall experience.

Book shipped unprotected in a plastic bag! Besides inevitable damage, book has sticky, unsightly mess on front cover from seller's cackhanded attempt to remove their own sticker applied by themselves. Avoid!

Fast delivery and good tracking provided, only issue is the last mile tracking not updated (I already got the book, but status is still "in transit at the destination airport" ).I guess that's the issue with the final courier rather than the bookshop.

The order #74381915-1 was "Differential and Integral Calculus" Vol. 2. Instead I received Volume. 1. Now I have two "Volume 1" of "Differential and Integral Calculus" from the same seller (orders #74381915-1 and #74381915-2).

I paid for expedited shipping. They shipped the book two days later but the tracking number didn't work. 13 days after I ordered the book I finally received it. By that time I had already purchased a different book because I needed it for class. Horrible
