I ordered this item August 30th. I received an email saying it shipped on September 3rd. It is now September 20th and I still do not have my book. When I try to track my package USPS says it is not able to track. I certainly hope I receive my book!

I paid for trackable expedited shipping, but they never shipped the book. They also stopped responding to my emails. I am not sure if they ever had a book to sell.

This item was expected to come on May 29th, but arrived on June 7th. On top of this, this book was neither a paperback nor a new copy. I received the hardcover version that came with a stain on the dust cover.

I returned this book following instructions. It was delivered by the USPS on 4/29/25. I have yet to receive my refund into my PayPal account.

Thank you, Media Smart! New book! Delivered a week late. Just give us longer expected delivery date. Book in perfect condition. 3 layers plastic including outside packaging - too much plastic. No need for extra saran wrap on book. Bubble wrap was great!!

They stiffed me. I got a tracking number that never worked, and 2 weeks later (with expedited shipping), still no books. I contacted them and got no answer. Alibris refunded my money. Never buying from this seller again.

Hard-to-find book i wanted by xmas is claiming ?shipped? but no label has been created & seller is not responding(expedited shipping). Did they even have a copy of this book to begin with? Fraud? I will update if seller responds or book arrives.

Ordered this 2nd copy after 1st copy not given to USPS for long time while vendor told me it was already delivered to me. NO! After writing to them & leaving bad review here, 1st copy magically got to USPS. Arrived today 4 days earlier than expected. :-)

Great success w Media Smart in past. 5 STARS. THIS order is lost in Hawthorne CA. MS says i got it. NO! Tracking link shows it's still there. NO response to emails now. Never got delivered to USPS! Need refund at this point. Had to find book elsewhere.

My books took 3 weeks to arrive and the shipping number was invalid. However, this is the only seller here I've ordered from that actually used bubble wrap instead of a single layer paper bag and delivered a book that did not have the corners smashed in.
