With the exception of packaging all was excellent. A simple plastic envelope wasn?t sufficient to prevent the book arriving slightly damaged.

The book was shipped in a plastic bag with no padding or protection. Naturally it was damaged during delivery. Its condition may have been "very good" when shipped, but it did not arrive in very good condition.
