My book was well packaged and arrived in good shape. The condition was at least "fine." It looked like new. The only negative was that it arrived several days after the delivery window because the seller's shipping partner was slow to get it to USPS.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER. BOOK THAT WAS NOT PROPERLY IDENTIFIED AS A COPY OF A PREVIOUS ISSUE WITH A NEW NAME. I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THIS SELLER, SINCE MY INITAL EMAIL APRIL 3 2024 HAS NOT ADDRESS REFUND NOR RETURN. ALIBRIS STATES REFUND PENDING.

Terrible service. Book never delivered. No tracking information provided. No way to contact seller because Alibris system failures. Definitely don't recommend doing business with the seller and Alibris.

The graphic novel was shipped in a plastic bag with NO protection. It did NOT arrive in "new" condition as a result.

Don't expect much in the way of helpful service if your order is lost during delivery. I reached out to the seller a few weeks after my order shipped and was only able to get help via Alibris. The seller just asked for my order info twice.
