Book got damaged during transit with its spine broken. Book only wrapped in plastic which is not enough for a book that heavy.

I?ve been trying to return this book for a refund. I received the book yesterday, and the book is definitely NOT in ?very good? condition, it?s poor. Out of 6 pages with Freddie, 3 of them have bad damage. It?s not as described and l?m so disappointed.

This seller sent me a History book instead of a cookbook. The title of the book I ordered is 'The Real Taste of Jamaica' by Donaldson. This person sent me the 'Geography and History of Jamaica'. Does that make sense?

Item was 4 days later than delivery date. The book was described as there may be "underlining, highlighting and minimal wear" but almost the entirety of the workbook was filled out with handwriting. I ordered it to use it for my own workbook but can't now

Books deserve more protective packaging than a thin plastic bag. Too many books shipped in bags sustain damage by the time they reach their destination, making it impossible to rate the accuracy of the seller's description of the book.
