They sent me the wrong book. Instead of This is How You Lose the Time War they sent me Lila by Marilynne Robinson. The book was for a time sensitive bookclub, which unfortunately I will now have to miss.
I ordered the less expensive book and they canceled that and sent a hard back book that cost more! Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again! I didn't realize companies could do that!
Seller did not send DVD with the Blu-Ray & DVD set I ordered. When contacted, they agreed to issue a refund. It?s been weeks and I?ve sent emails twice reminding them, but they still haven?t followed through.
This book was sent from Blaine Wa. to York Pa. by that dead-ass co, OSMWorldwide instead of North Las Vega. Now it is being held in North LV for several day before getting to USPS. This is insultingly slow service. 74328534-1
The book was listed in good condition, but the cover is badly torn in several places. The pages are in good condition, but because of the cover I think it should have been listed as in Fair condition and priced lower accordingly.
Sent from the US to the UK in a flimsy, plastic envelope and in appalling condition, not even fit for a charity shop and nothing like as described (the condition was obviously never checked). Never again will I buy from Alibris or any of their sellers.
