HATE the plastic mailing envelopers. Paper would be more environmentally friendly, and it's impossible to shred the mailing label once it's been attached to the sticky, filmy plastic. I would be happy to pay more for better mailing.

I am disappointed in the condition of the book that I received. It didn't in any way match the description of the item I ordered. No packing slip with the book either. I had to dig in my records to find the order details.

I would not describe this book as being in good condition. Rather than notes or highlights, parts of recipes and ingredients were scribbled over to make it difficult to read while many other pages are crossed out across the entire page.

I have received all 3 books from order #74816744, however, in all fairness, the billing total, £57.5 GBP ($78.34 USD) has NOT appeared on my credit card statement. In other words, I have the books and you don't have the money.
