I ordered a book a month ago and never got it. I needed it for exams, but they?re over now. No refund, and they charged me in USD instead of CAD (even though it showed CAD). Scam seller, awful website. only buy from legit sites like Amazon!

The item I ordered was a paperback book in very good or better condition. When I received the item the cover had multiple major creases/folds across the entire cover. When contacted about resolving the situation it was a generic email.

The picture of this item is "Book 1." But what I received was "Book 2". It was a wrong book. I feel like loosing money. I found ISBN is that of Book 2. But who would order the item according to ISBN ?
